After what seems like several weeks, possibly months, someone from Ralphs finally e-mailed me back with their official coupon policy. Hopefully they’ll get this info up on their website, but in the meantime, here ya go:

They take competitor Catalinas? I just threw out Target ones because I wouldn’t be back there to use them.
I had a situation where I was at Ralphs a few months back and I had a printed b1g1 free soy sauce coupon and they wouldn’t take it because they don’t “free” coupons. So I’m assuming the part in the policy where is states that “Coupons cannot be used on “free” items” is what the cashier is referring to? However I’m confused because I’m not getting it all for free, I’m paying for one and getting the other free. Can someone tell me if the cashier was correct and I wrong?
Thank you!

Hi Angie! Ralphs will take a buy one, get one free coupon. The “Free” coupons refer to printable coupons from the internet where no additional purchase is required
You were in the right on this one!
